Yoga Loft Escape Sicily.

Dear all, In June 2025, for the first time, we invite you to a yoga retreat in Sicily. We will stay in a beautiful property by the sea, near Marsala.
The yoga workshops will be led by an experienced ashtanga and vinyasa yoga teacher: Monika Balicka, owner of the Yoga Loft school in Poznań.

Class schedule
In the morning, division into groups depending on advancement: Mysore/classes led by a teacher.
In the afternoon, thematic classes without division into groups, where we will look at the asana technique, deal with breathing, find modifications of asanas so that everyone can fully benefit from the practice. There will also be a bit of history of ashtanga and issues from the philosophy of yoga. We will also devote 2 sessions to the moon sequence and the sun sequence.
We will conclude the afternoon sessions with breathing exercises as an introduction to meditation.

We have chosen the perfect place for an active holiday with yoga.
Salinara is a historic estate located in Marsala on the Mediterranean Sea, near one of the largest nature reserves in Europe.
Managed by 2 owners: Adriano and Yumi. It was born from Adriano’s love for art and Yumi’s love for Sicilian cuisine and good wine.
It is located in an 18th-century farmhouse.
It offers, furnished with great attention to detail, 2/3 and 4-person rooms, each with a private bathroom.
The rooms have a view of the vineyards and the Mediterranean Sea.
