Salinara provides local, mediterranean flowers that can be used for decoration and ambience to help highlight your wedding day.

CATERING:
Our exceptional wedding caterers include the talented chefs from the best restaurants in Marsala. Our caterers have extensive experience with events and weddings at Salinara and will prepare your menu choices from a selection of locally sourced, fresh and delicious food.

PHOTOGRAPHY:
We work closely with some of the most talented photographers and videographers in Sicily and would love to help you decide on the photography for your wedding day.

MUSIC:
Hiring a local musician or wedding band is great way to add fun and romance to your day. We are happy to seek out any music that you may wish.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS

The following terms and conditions shall apply in respect of all “event organizer(s)” reservations and will form the basis of your contract with “SALINARA SOCIETA’ COOPERATIVA”.

1. All “event organizer(s)” at SALINARA are made subject to the following terms and conditions. When you make a booking with ‘SALINARA’ you undertake that you have the authority to accept and do accept these booking conditions on behalf of yourself and your party. A contract will exist upon our accepting any monies from you towards the booking, or upon the issue of our Confirmation/Receipt, whichever is the earlier.

2. The hold deposit at the time of booking, which is a non-refundable deposit.

3. The second deposit due 6 months before the beginning of the event.

4. The full balance due 8 weeks before the beginning of the event.

5. Cancellation requests submitted within 8 weeks of event date, 50% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded. 8 weeks or less prior to departure, or on departure date, no refund. *If your week will be filled by another group, we are happy to forward the amount paid for your future event at Salinara upon a new agreed date.

6. Any refunds allowed will incur a 3% processing fee.

7. We highly recommend that you and your guests must arrange adequate travel cancellation insurance. Such insurance should cover full medical expenses, personal baggage, personal accident, loss or damage to property, cancellation or curtailment, personal liability, legal expenses and emergency.

8. We shall not accept responsibility for any cancellations or effect on your event due to war, threat of war, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions.

9. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify at any time the arrangements advertised where necessary to do so. In the unlikely event of the accommodation advertised not being available, we will endeavour to provide suitable alternative accommodation.

10. All reasonable and proper steps have been taken to ensure that the accommodation and services are as agreed. We will be responsible for any acts or omissions of our own employees and agents whilst acting within the scope of their employment but cannot be responsible for the acts or omissions of those providing services over which we have no direct control.

11. We shall not be responsible for luggage lost in transit while the responsibility of an airline. Where possible we will provide advice and assistance in seeking to retrieve any luggage lost.

12. We will not be responsible if you suffer illness, personal injury or death as a result of misadventure during the period of your overseas trip arising out of an activity that does not form part of the course provided by us.

13. All guests should assess their physical fitness prior to booking the event to ensure that they meet the requirements for the activities that they will complete during their trip. The guests with existing medical conditions or other health problems should consult with their doctor about their ability to complete the activities prior to come to SALINARA.

14. All guests need valid passports, and visas if it’s necessary.
