TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS

The following terms and conditions apply to all “event organizer(s)” reservations and constitute the contract with SALINARA SOCIETÀ COOPERATIVA.

1. Deposits and Payment
A non-refundable hold deposit of €3,000 is required at the time of booking.
A second deposit of €3,000 is due 6 months before the start of the event.
The full balance is due 12 weeks before the event begins.

2. Cancellations
More than 12 weeks prior to the event: 50% of the total amount (less the non-refundable deposit) will be refunded.
Within 12 weeks of the event or on the event date: no refund.
If your dates are booked by another group, we can transfer your payment to a future event on an agreed date.
All refunds are subject to a 3% processing fee.

3. Travel and Insurance
We strongly recommend that all guests arrange comprehensive travel cancellation insurance, covering medical expenses, baggage, personal accidents, loss or damage to property, cancellation or curtailment, personal liability, legal expenses, and emergencies.

4. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by war, civil unrest, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, natural disasters, fire, or adverse weather conditions.

5. Changes to Arrangements
We reserve the right to withdraw or modify advertised arrangements if necessary. In the unlikely event that the accommodation is unavailable, we will endeavour to provide suitable alternative accommodation.

6. Liability
We are responsible for the acts or omissions of our employees and agents while acting within the scope of their employment but cannot be held responsible for third-party services beyond our direct control.
We are not responsible for luggage lost in transit under airline responsibility, though we will provide advice and assistance where possible.
We are not responsible for illness, injury, or death resulting from activities that are not part of the services provided by Salinara.

7. Guests’ Responsibilities
Guests should assess their physical ability before booking to ensure they can safely participate in planned activities. Guests with existing medical conditions should consult a doctor prior to attending.
All guests must hold valid passports and visas where required.
