Once the heart of the estate, Emporio dell’Uva House was where grapes were transformed into wine, barrels of Marsala quietly aged, and each vintage was left to mature with time. It was the most important building on the property—a place where generations preserved one of Sicily’s greatest traditions.
Today, this beautifully restored two-level house combines authentic Sicilian heritage with modern comfort, offering a unique stay immersed in history.

Entering through your private garden patio, furnished with a table, chairs and sun loungers, you step into an impressive living and dining space featuring handcrafted marble flooring, high wooden-beamed ceilings, a magnificent stone fireplace, and a rustic four-metre wooden table that invites long, leisurely meals.
Adjacent to the living area, the traditional kitchen has been carefully restored using original materials. The walls are adorned with a striking patchwork of 17th-century antique Sicilian ceramic tiles, while the sink has been carved from a single block of stone. Fully equipped with a five-burner gas hob, oven, dishwasher and family-size fridge-freezer, it offers everything needed to prepare authentic Sicilian cuisine.
A shower room is conveniently located on the ground floor.

A short flight of steps leads to the romantic mezzanine bedroom, where exposed timber beams create a warm and intimate atmosphere. The room can be arranged with either a king-size bed or two single beds and overlooks the peaceful gardens surrounding the estate.
Natural lime-washed walls, handcrafted architectural details and centuries of history give the house its unmistakable Mediterranean character.
