Salinara is a retreat centre in Sicily designed for yoga, art and painting retreats, creative workshops and small-group experiences. Set by the Mediterranean on the west coast of Sicily, Salinara combines charming accommodation, dedicated retreat spaces, Sicilian cuisine and personalized support for retreat leaders and their guests.

We work closely with retreat leaders to create a programme tailored to their group, from accommodation and meals to activities and excursions. Guests can discover Sicily through archaeological sites, the Egadi Islands and authentic local experiences, while enjoying bespoke menus inspired by traditional Sicilian cuisine and local wines.

– Located on the unspoiled west coast of Sicily, about one hour from Palermo International Airport and just 15 minutes from Trapani Airport.

– 12 comfortable and charming bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, independent air conditioning and heating, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.

– All bedrooms overlook the vineyards and the Mediterranean Sea. King-size memory foam mattresses (183 × 203 cm / 6’0″ × 6’8″) ensure a comfortable night’s rest, and all double beds can be separated into two single beds.

– Retreat groups usually start from 12 guests, and we can accommodate groups of up to 30.

– Our chef prepares breakfast, lunch and dinner, featuring fresh, farm-to-table meals inspired by Sicilian cuisine.

– Just 500 metres from the Mediterranean Sea and within easy reach of Marsala’s historic centre, a fascinating crossroads of Mediterranean history and culture.

– 18 bicycles are available for guests to explore the seafront cycle path and surrounding area.

– An 80 m² (861 sq ft) yoga shala, complete with yoga props and a sound system.
