Arrival & Departure

CHECK-IN

Check-in is from 3:00 pm.

If you are planning to arrive earlier or later than expected, please let us know in advance.

CHECK-OUT

Check-out is by 10:00 am.

Before leaving, we kindly ask you to:

• Close all doors and windows.
• Dispose of your rubbish and recycling in the designated bins.
• Leave the keys in the door upon departure.

If you need to leave at a different time, please contact us in advance.

CITY TAX

The Marsala tourist tax is €2 per person, per night, for guests aged 14 and over.

PARKING

Free private parking is available on the property.

ELECTRICITY & AIR CONDITIONING

Please help us reduce unnecessary energy consumption by switching off lights and air conditioning whenever you leave your accommodation.

DRINKING WATER

We recommend not drinking directly from the tap.

Fresh drinking water is available from the water purifier in the garden, marked “ACQUA POTABILE.”

Please feel free to refill your bottles there throughout your stay.

WATER

Water is a precious resource in Sicily, particularly during the summer months.

We kindly ask you to use it thoughtfully and avoid unnecessary waste.

TOILETS

Please do not flush toilet paper or other items down the toilet.

Use the waste bin provided in the bathroom instead. This is important for the proper functioning of Salinara’s wastewater system.

Linen & Housekeeping

LINEN & TOWELS

Bed linen and towels are changed once a week.

If you would like an additional change during the week, a laundry contribution applies:

Double / Twin Room — €20
Single Room — €10

HOUSEKEEPING

Additional housekeeping can be arranged upon request.

Please let us know at least one day in advance.

Available Monday to Saturday, from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm.

WASHING MACHINE

If you would like to use the washing machine, please ask our staff.

€10 per wash

Please do not wash Salinara bed linen or towels in the washing machine.

Feel free to use the outdoor shower to cool off after a day at the beach or during a warm Sicilian afternoon.

Recycling & Waste

We care about the environment around Salinara and kindly ask you to help us separate waste correctly.

PAPER & CARDBOARD

Please flatten cardboard boxes before disposing of them.

PLASTIC

Please rinse containers when necessary and crush plastic bottles to reduce their volume.

GLASS & CANS

Please rinse when necessary and place them directly in the designated bin, without a plastic bag.

GENERAL WASTE

Please place non-recyclable waste inside a closed plastic bag.

ORGANIC WASTE — COMPOST

Vegetable and plant-based food scraps can be placed in our compost area.

Please do not put meat, fish, cheese, plastic or paper in the compost.

MEAT & FISH WASTE

Please place meat and fish waste in a biodegradable bag and dispose of it in the designated bin.

We want Salinara to remain a peaceful and welcoming place for everyone. We therefore kindly ask all our guests to respect these few simple rules.

QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am.

Please keep music, conversations and other noise to a minimum during these hours out of consideration for other guests.

GUESTS & SECURITY

For the privacy and security of everyone staying at Salinara, access to the property is reserved for registered Salinara guests only.
