Come to enjoy a masterful tuition by Keiko Tanabe, subject matters will be landscape, Mediterranean seascape, old historic city scape, indoor locations in the authentic villa where the participants will stay.

Sicily it’s like a dream, colorful sunset, olive groves, lined vineyards, picturesque villages with narrow streets, churches, a never ending range of restaurants and cafés, blue skies and beautiful nature, jovial, kind and friendly people, traditional foods and great local wine. Art, mixture of history and culture, nature create an unique atmosphere and stimulate your creativity.

The participants will benefit from daily one-on-one guidance and a group critique with Keiko.
Her workshop is designed for all painters both amateurs and more accomplished.

KEIKO TANABE is an award-winning watercolor artist.

She was born in Kyoto, Japan. As a child growing up in an art-loving family, she always enjoyed drawing and painting and won many awards in children’s art contests. However, art was not her chosen field of study later on. She earned a B.A. in intercultural communication (International Christian University, Tokyo, Japan) and an M.A. in international education (UCLA, California).
Her paintings have been juried into many exhibitions across North America and in Asia. Her work has been purchased by private collectors from all around the world.

Keiko Tanabe fortunately not only paints great watercolors but also teaches her technique in multiple workshops.

If you have the opportunity to attend her workshops you will enjoy an unforgettable experience.

The course is conducted in English, with translation into Italian and Japanese on demand.
The holiday course is aimed at beginners, amateur, enthusiast and semi-pro.
