She earned a B.A. in intercultural communication (International Christian University, Tokyo, Japan) and an M.A. in international education (UCLA, California).
Her paintings have been juried into many exhibitions across North America and in Asia. Her work has been purchased by private collectors from all around the world.
Keiko Tanabe fortunately not only paints great watercolors but also teaches her technique in multiple workshops.
If you have the opportunity to attend her workshops you will enjoy an unforgettable experience.
