Discover this exceptional artist from Japan, Hoshino K., a versatile and very experienced teacher for the first time in Sicily to inspire us with her paintings.

A complete watercolor workshop in which you will learn different techniques for performing still life, landscape study, seascape, architecture, people, tonal value and color shapes, individual and group discussions, inspiring ideas and great fun.
Hoshino will use guided exercises to lead students through an intuitive creative process, developing a new body of work that is richly layered in content and concept. A perfect environment for students looking to get feedback and problem-solve.
The course takes place in historical city of Marsala with painting excursions to inspirational and picturesque places, visit and meet local wine producers and farmers to discover the real Sicilian cuisine.

The holiday course is aimed at beginners, amateur, enthusiast and semi-pro.

Sicily it’s the largest island in the Mediterranean it is relatively undiscovered, full of history and bathed in sunshine with unforgettable hospitality.
In the evenings you will enjoy meals specially prepared for you by our chef Maria with selected local wines at the Villa or dinner at typical restaurants chosen by us.

HOSHINO is a noted international contemporary artist, born in Kyoto, Japan.
Graduated in Kyoto University of Fine Art and Music.
As a professional artist throughout her distinguished career, she has traveled extensively, she has received numerous juried awards, she has been featured in international magazines and invited to international exhibition.
Keiko Hoshino has been invited to numerous live demonstrations and workshop in Asia, Europe and Mexico.

The course is conducted in English, Spanish with translation into Italian and Japanese on demand.
